Artist's Statement: Growing up on a farm in rural Ohio nourished my profound love for animals and nature. The gentleman responsible for introducing me to painting explained that I would never observe the same way again and he was right!

My paintings are inspired by photos which are captured on visits to farms and walks in the fields and woods with my two Brittanys.

Accomplishments: I practice Nursing as my profession and I have come to the conclusion that painting and every preparation fro conception to completed wor is a form of therapy for me. I have been awrded several placements in our Art League Shows in the Novice category for my oil paintings over the past several years.
