Artist's Statement:

I feel that I have been given the gift of artistic talent by God andI try to usethat gift to thebest of my ability every day. I have alwys seen the world slightly differentthan others ad that became more apparent when I was growing up.

Accomplishments: I had a two year scholarship to Columbus College of Art and Design, did two years in the Army, worked five years at Burgess & Niple Consulting Engineers as a drafsman and architectural illustrator, another year carving tombstones, then five years at Franklin Art Glass where I honed my craft in stained art glass.

With the help of my wife, Mary, I started my own business, Regis Art Glass Studio. For over twenty years, I designed and installed stained glass in commercial and residential buildings in the central Ohio area. This worked out well until I succumbed to the hazards of working with stained glass every day. After going on disability, I went back to painting which I had not done in over thirty years.
