Artist's Statement: Having grown up on a farm, I had the opportunity to be around andstudy many different animals. Sculpting has been an interest of mind for the last thirty years or so, though I have been drwaing and painting animals for many years. I have never had any formal art training.

The Adult Education courses at Worthington High School stared my interest in ceramic sculpture. I do my work at home in the evenings and find it a relaxing hobby.

Accomplishments: I have exhibited with the westerville Art League, at OCLC in Dublin (where I was employed), at the Ohio state Fair fine arts exhibits, the Columbus Day U>S>A> Festival of Arts, the Integrity Insurance Co., the Worthington Public Library, the Columbus Zoo, the Shumaker Gallery at Captial University, the High road gallery, and the Griswold Center in Worthington.
